libcgal-qt5-11 software package provides C++ library for computational geometry (support for Qt5), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcgal-qt5-11
libcgal-qt5-11 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcgal-qt5-11 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcgal-qt5-11 *
You will get with libcgal-qt5-11 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
